from the Dominican Republic - Punta Cana that is. WOW!!! Can I just say that we had a ball. What a way to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We ate, drank, and were merry all week long. I felt like we were gone for a like a month or something. We normally vacay in Jamaica so this was very different for us. The language barrier was a little bit of an issue but we both knew a little espanol so we were ok. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! The pool was just stunning and huge, never ending. DH and I both worked on our "tans". The staff at the resort was super cool. (They kept thinking my DH was Dominican and they would come up and just start speaking Spanish to us!)My hubby surprised me and had a special dinner set up on the beach for us. It was beautiful!! I can't say enough good things about our trip. There were some bad things obviously, but the good really out weighed the bad. That's what matter most huh?
Well... I have missed blogland... Got lots of my fav blogs to catch up on... so nice to come home on a Friday night. I still have 2 days off, Sat and Sunday. Enjoy your weekend ya'll.

WOW...It all looks so gorgeous...Happy b-day and happy anni. also. glad you had a great time. I was kind of worried about what kind of weather you'd get, but your pics look like you got great sun. We'll have to give Punta Cana a visit someday.
