Whole Wheat Cheezy Ravioli

I made this tonight! It was soooo yummy! A friend of mine made up this recipe. It reminds me of Ravioli from Mangianos.

Whole Wheat Cheezy Ravioli

1 16oz. jar Marinara Sauce
1 small pkg fresh whole wheat 4-cheese ravioli- Bertouli brand (found in the refrigerated pasta isle)
2 cloves garlic (use garlic press)
1/4 c olive oil
Kraft shredded four cheese blend- (Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago blend) located in a plastic jar in the refridgerated section)
1 bag fresh spinach
1 sm pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
Serving size- 4

1. Boil fresh pasta according to directions on the package.
2. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil for 30 sec. and add garlic cloves. Saute for 1-2 min (careful not to burn garlic).
3. In a small baking dish assemble a layer of marinara sauce, pasta and fresh spinach. Drizzle garlic oil over the layer then sprinkle on parmesan cheese blend. Repeat this pattern until all the pasta is used. Top the dish with extra marinara sauce, then mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is bubbly and light brown.
5. Serve with your favorite meat. Enjoy!

Although this recipe seems simple, it turned out very flavorful. The garlic was the extra umph! If youre a garlic lover, you can always add more cloves.
