Gerald Levert is one of the best R&B crooners of our time. His songs take me back to college and dating my hubby. He will be missed in the music world.
I found out about this earlier today before all the news hit online. I was hoping it was a bad rumor. It's still shocking news. My prayers go out to his family, friends and millions of other fans.
I absolutely remember his group Levert from the 80s (back in my college days . . I guess that really aged me, huh? lol) Just 40 . . . sure was young! (sigh . . .)
I absolutly saddened by the news that he is gone.I hear about it on the radio. I love his music especially All Season, Baby Hold On To Me, and Casanova. He was a true talent!! I saw on of the Tom Joyner Sky Shows that he was on throwing out Teddy Bears. He was a sexy big man. He will be dearly missed!!
GOSH, he really rocked my world for some time, and when I break his music out now I am still rocked. So saaad. He was a really cool guy, very down to earth and nice. He will missed by soooo many.
