2nd time working out. Elipitcal Machine - 2 miles 25 mins - Heart rate up to 175-180. Experienced some chest pain... Bike - 1.5 miles 15 mins Weight workout for about 10-15 mins Overall i felt proud of what i accomplished
how's that workout plan going for you....I didn't even try to kid myself and make it a resolution....I really should go though...I am such a slacker...
